MSBA Commissioning Providers
In March 2020, the MSBA issued an RFR to Provide Building Commissioning Services on public school construction, renovation, and repair projects in Massachusetts.
The MSBA evaluated 33 responses and staff advanced all responses for Phase Two Review. Staff recommended the following to the Board of Directors on June 24, 2020:

The Board of Directors authorized the MSBA Executive Director to execute three-year Master Services Agreements (MSA) with the above. Upon expiration of the MSA’s, the MSBA will publicly re-procure Commissioning Services (anticipated to be in the summer of 2023).
