On February 11, 2025, the MSBA, in conjunction with the Supplier Diversity Office, hosted a briefing on its upcoming procurement for heat pump conversion designers within the MSBA’s Accelerated Repair Program (“ARP”). Working with the SDO, we invited engineers, architects, and project managers to this event. A procurement for Owner’s Project Managers (“OPM”) was conducted in 2024 and will provide the pool of assigned OPM consultants for heat pump conversion projects.
At the meeting, the MSBA provided a Presentation with information about the process for the procurement. The Overview concluded with a questions and answer session.
