Prior Grant and Waiting List Annual Payments
In order to assist communities with their financial planning and with setting tax rates, the MSBA provides the following projected Prior Grant and Waiting List Annual Payments to school districts for FY21 through FY24. These annual grant payments are for projects that were approved by the Department of Education prior to the creation of the MSBA. This payment information is posted annually to the MSBA website and is subject to change based on a number of factors at the sole discretion of the MSBA, including adjustments to the estimated payment amounts to reflect savings from bond refundings executed by districts that may reduce the outstanding debt service for these projects.
