STV Incorporated under Contract In January 2024 the MSBA advertised a Request for Responses (“RFR”) for firms to complete the 2025 School Survey. The RFR closed on March 12, 2024, with a consultant approved at the May 29 Board of Directors meeting. The MSBA has entered into a Master Services Agreement with STV Incorporated (“STV Inc.”) to conduct the 2025 School Survey. The MSBA previously partnered with STV Inc. to complete the 2010 Needs Survey and the 2016 School Survey. STV Inc. is a firm comprised of architects, engineers and building professionals experienced in the design, construction, and repair of educational facilities. The MSBA and STV Inc. have begun the planning phase of the next School Survey assessment and will conduct the on-site assessments starting in the fall. More detailed information about pilot site visits to six of the Commonwealth’s schools as determined by the MSBA and STV Inc. is anticipated in August 2024. Information and actions required related to online questionnaires and site visits for all site visits will be communicated in September 2024.
