The MSBA invites qualified architectural, engineering, and construction firms and individuals to submit Responses to the RFR to Provide Technical Review Services. The deadline for Responses to this RFR is Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. A Pre-Proposal Briefing for all potential Respondents will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. in the MSBA’s offices, located at 40 Broad Street, 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02109.
