Effective immediately, the MSBA has established a dedicated email address for OPMs and Districts to submit electronic copies of their supporting documents for ProPay reimbursement requests.
PDF files may be emailed to ProPayDocs@MassSchoolBuildings.org. Please note, only PDF attachments will be accepted. Total attachments cannot exceed 150MB in a single email. If the documentation is extensive, files may be submitted in a series of emails.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that files can be handled expediently on the receiving end:
- Indicate the District name, school name, and request number in the subject line of the email
- If more than one email is required due to attachment size, add information in the body of the email to indicate order and total number of emails expected (e.g. file 1 of 3).
- Include scanned signed copies of the 3010-3015 ProPay reports - files without the required ProPay reports and signatures will not be processed until said reports are received.
Alternatively, the District or OPM can elect to mail hard copy packages of ProPay requests to the main MSBA office.
