Update to the MSBA's Total Project Budget Template
(The following information replaces Project Advisory 70 from April 2021)
Please be advised that the MSBA has updated the Total Project Budget Template for Project Scope and Budget Agreements. Additional information and the updated template can be found in Schematic Design -Module 4 under “Building With Us” and in Guidelines and Forms under the Policies, Forms, and Guidelines section of the MSBA Website.
The updated form provides additional tools to assist with estimating the grant impact associated with ineligible building area, includes updated Commissioning Fees for cost recovery associated with ineligible building area, and includes a tab for entering reconciled CSI format construction cost estimates which is required for all projects moving forward. Total Project Budgets submitted in the previous format will be returned to the District’s OPM for re-submittal in the updated Total Project Budget Template.
