The Massachusetts School Building Authority (“MSBA”) requests Responses from qualified consulting and/or staffing firms interested in providing recruitment services to the MSBA. In summary, the selected firm or firms will be expected to provide resources to fill various open positions in different departments at the MSBA. The third-party recruitment service vendors will supplement the MSBA’s direct hiring efforts to fill full and part time positions, which positions may be temporary, temporary to hire, or direct hire positions. The positions for which the MSBA may be seeking resources include architectural, engineering and construction management positions, data analyst positions, finance and accounting positions, audits services provisions, IT positions, communications positions, human resources positions, legal positions, and administrative positions.
